Normally, our Run Fitness groups do not run 10K so here is our training course to get them 10K READY! There are three events before end March so whether you want to take part in one (or all) of those or just get fitter for Spring this 10K training is for you!
Three Saturday mornings to gradually build your distance starting on Saturday 13th February with a 5 mile run. Meet Wyndley as usual for 9.00am start. The course is suitable for Run Fitness 1 and 2. We will ensure there is a short cut each week if you don’t want to do the extra. Normal fees apply.
