Traffic has been bad of late so I wanted to remind you of our later groups:

I had a perfect run yesterday evening with Martin as the sun set over the park.
Fear not if you are stuck in traffic getting home from your day job! Our later groups are here and waiting for you. The park is quieter and cooler later in the evening the perfect way to unwind after a stressful day.
