While social distancing guidelines in place please message the relevant leader ahead of time to advise you are going. We are creating ‘WhatsApp Bubbles’ for each group. This is so we can keep a record of who comes to each session and can contact you if we need to. Leader telephone numbers at the bottom of this page.
Running Groups
Couch to 5K
Please check in with helyn@sefitness.com or 07788 628755 to check when the next C25K course starts. At other times C25K will merge with 5K plus. As each group will then have a minimum of 2 leaders we can look after a range of pace.

5k plus 12 min per mile pace
From 29 March this group will merge with C25K for a few weeks so that everyone who has done any running in lockdown can come and ‘find their level’! The programme will start with ‘easy’ out and back type runs so that no one feels left behind.
