Paid the price for showing off what a lovely time we were having last week when March roared in like a LION this morning bringing howling winds and driving showers of sleet and snow. Fortunately for me both SE Fitness Walkers and SE Fitness Runners are made of stern stuff and would never let a little bit of wind and rain put them off!
