SE Fitness looking STRONG on our 10.5 mile training run this morning. The conditions were perfect – cool and dry. A great mix of experienced runners and some doing double figures for the first time. It worked well with the steadier runners setting off a bit earlier so they too could benefit from the positive atmosphere. Huge well done everyone!
Tip of the Week: Long Runs at a steady, conversational pace. Do a shorter tempo run in the week or join us on the track on Wednesdays to add speedwork to your training.
