Following Boris’s announcement last week we are making plans to get SE Fitness groups up and running (and walking) again from 29th March.
I am talking to the SE Fitness leaders about the timetable and plans for groups like Couch to 5K.
It’s clear that on 29th March we will still be operating under ‘social distancing’ guidelines and we are waiting for clarity on what that entails.
In the meantime we can all look forward to groups getting out together again and as the days get longer our evenings groups will be able to go straight into the park.
