Great news that our Run Fitness runners have come back raring to go in 2016. If you are keen to improve then you can push yourself harder by moving up a group. Let the Leader know and they will look after you. It will be very hard work for a couple of weeks but it will get easier (I promise)!
If you are at the front of your group then please remember what it is like at the back (it was you once) and play fair with your leader and the slower runners! Regroup by running hard to the back / doing a small extra loop rather than just stand still. Thanks for your support.
Diary Dates: Our 10K training programme to get our Run Fitness groups ready for the Spring 10K races starts on Saturday 13th February with a 5 mile run.
