Delighted to report that Run Together have issued some guidance for groups like ours wanting to offer 1-2-1 sessions. They recommend meeting outdoors, observing the 2m rule and ensuring that you don’t take part if you, or someone in your household, shows any symptons.
Several of the fabulous SE Fitness Leaders have already offered to lead 1-2-1 sessions, I think Leaders probably miss running in the groups more than anyone!
Check out the names, times and sessions below. I’m not operating a complicated system here but if you see a Leader who’s leading your group at a time that might suit you then please text me on 07788 628755. Some Leaders are already full for next week but if you get in touch I’ll share your number and you can make arrangements for the following week instead.
It’s so fabulous to feel like you are running or walking as part of a group again albeit only in a twosome. Let’s hope it’s not too long before we can run in groups of more than two!
