If you are unable to join one of our groups or would like to have some ‘one to one’ training sessions prior to joining then read on.

Our Personal Training sessions are made to fit around your busy lifestyle and meet your specific needs. Just email and we will ring you to discuss your goals and availability.

Our speciality at SE Fitness is improving cardiovascular fitness through walking and running. We can also give advice for other cardiovascular exercises. We can support your general toning including core strength using exercises which you will be able to continue at home.
