So many Personal Bests and Season’s best times at Fradley 10K so lots of points for the Grand Prix. Top 3 guys are Ben Lyons, Mike Forker and Simon Campbell and top 3 girls are Anna Marlow and Laura Hylton (pictured) and Hazel Robinson tied for joint 2nd.
That could all change following 7Pools yesterday as all three of those girls were there in fine style! Let me have your times by the end of the week and I’ll update the Leaderboard again! Best of luck everyone.
