Due to the Fun Run on Sunday there will be limited SE Fitness sessions on Saturday.
Becky will be there with Couch to 5K and Julie with 5K plus group. Mark has offered to lead a gentle out and back run to Horsebox Car Park. The walking group will also go ahead.
As an alternative you could go and support Sutton Park parkrun. This would be a nice way to take in an ‘easy’ 5K before the big event on Sunday or, even better, why not help them out and volunteer. Save your legs and support parkrun at the same time.
