Here’s a reminder that it’s SE Fitness Time Challenge on Friday and Saturday morning this week. Some of you have been putting in the hard yards since January and it’s really paid off. Our Couch to 5K and 5 to 10K groups have done particularly well. The Time Challenge is your chance to come and mark your achievement and celebrate!
