SE Fitness Autumn Couch to 5K programme starts next Monday 13th September. Sessions on:
- Mondays 9:30 and 18:15
- Wednesdays 17:00
- Saturdays 08:30
Even one session every week with us can help keep you on track and the app is great for squeezing in another session or two during the rest of the week.
