Speedwork is not only great for improving your speed but also builds endurance and helps you manage your race pace. It can look daunting but we plan the sessions so there is a level suitable for Run Fitness runners and above. We try to buddy you up with an experienced Speedworker of similar pace so don’t be afraid, come and give it a go!
