With all the excitement of Fun Run and Relays we’ve missed our Wednesday night track sessions. Back this week Wednesday 19th June at 7.30.
The best for building stamina and speed, developing a robust ‘runners’ brain’ and for helping weight loss. There are three different levels of session every week so that you don’t need to be a finely, tuned athlete to join in! Highly supportive atmosphere so, if you’re aiming for your next PB whatever that is, come and give it a try.
