After a short summer break Speedwork returns to the track this Thursday 5 August at 8:00pm.
Despite the name SE Fitness intervals are as much about building endurance and ‘pace awareness’ as about running faster. Almost every half marathon / marathon training plan includes this type of session which can be hard to face on your own. So if you are struggling why not come and give us a try and see if the camaraderie of our friendly group can help inspire you?
We plan three different levels each week so if you’re new to this type of thing there is always an ‘entry level’ to have a go at. Make SE Fitness Speedwork part of your training for your event this Autumn and see how much difference it can make to you.
