You know you need to include some variety in your training if you want to hit your goals this Autumn. Every plan you look at suggests one session per week of Speedwork or similar but you simply cannot face doing it on your own! The answer is to join SE Fitness on the track on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm. That way you get the support and encouragement of the group but also a healthy element of competition pushing you that little bit harder!
We offer a varied programme with a beginners level every week. Welcoming atmosphere and a ‘buddy’ for anyone new. Sessions run from Wednesday 8th August through to Birmingham Half Marathon. Hope to see you there!
