If you want to run further or faster then SE Fitness Speedwork is the place to be! Meet Wednesdays at 7.30 on the track at Wyndley Leisure Centre.
We operate a mix of interval sessions designed to help build both Speed Endurance (running faster) and Strength Endurance (running further).
With a range of different levels each week we aim to offer something for runners new to interval training as well as seasoned vets.
New course starts tomorrow 26th February so hope you can join us!
