It’s a great reflection on SE Fitness that over the summer a number of your children have wanted to join us. However now we are running in the very dark nights with poor visibility due to weather conditions I feel very sad to say we must impose the rules regarding juniors. We are sorry but we have to try and keep everyone safe.
- If you are 16 or over then you are welcome to join us any time.
- If you are aged 13 to 15 then you can join us but you remain the responsibility of your parent which means you must run with your parent when out with SE Fitness.
- If you are under 13 then I am afraid for your own safety we must ask you not to run with SE Fitness on the dark nights, sorry.
