A few tips for safe running over the summer:
1. Hydrate well (water or sports drinks, leave the Pina Colada for later)!
2. Suntan lotion and hat, insect repellent.
4. Consider your route (nothing worse than finding yourself slightly lost in the blasting sun not sure how to get back).
5. Dynamic warm up and Cool Down Stretch (better to feel like a prat in the hotel car park for 10 minutes than come home injured)!
