#sweatysmiles with Hazel, Louise and Gordon after their ParkRun at Walsall arboretum. An event on the SE Fitness Grand Prix for the first time. I wanted to support ParkRun and also give our new 5 to 5 runners an event to aim for. ParkRun is on every Saturday but for the Grand Prix points you will need to be there on Saturday 25th November.
