All welcome to the SE Fitness Time Challenge on Friday and Saturday this week. It’s a fun, relaxed atmosphere and perfect if you’ve never been in a race before because it’s only us and we are there to support you!
Of course some of you have done it before so what’s your challenge? Get round without stopping? Beat your previous time? Take on the challenge of the 10K distance?
Perhaps you are tempted to have a go at the course records? For the women both the 5K and 10K are currently held by Corinne Neville. 22 min 46 for the 5K and 46’05 for the 10K.
Adam Chambers holds the 5K Mens Challenge with 20 min 06 and our own Rob Tipping the 10K at 42’54.
Elaine Millington is our fastest WALKER to date at 38 mins and 30.
