Just a few of things to remember:
arrive at the walk well hydrated, carry a small bottle of water, don’t expect to be able to keep to your normal pace – slow it down, wear a sun visor (you loose a lot of heat from your head so it is best not to cover the head – hats with mesh are ideal), use (waterproof) sunscreen, wear cool light coloured clothes – SE Fitness vest & t shirts ideal!
