Our walking groups stepping it out on a beautiful Winter’s day.
Who would not want to be in Sutton Park on a day like this? Getting fit, with fresh air, beautiful scenery and like minded people to talk too!
Recent research confirms that 2 hours per week outside in nature will have a positive effect on your well being so please come and join us.
- Walk plus groups go at 9.30 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and 9.00 on Saturdays.
- There is an evening Walk plus group Mondays 18:30 but they’ll be on the roads until British Summer Time kicks in – can’t wait!
- Walk Fitness groups take a slightly easier pace and avoid the off road trails so will suit you if you are just starting out and not so confident. 11.00 Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
