Exercise with your baby – no need for babysitters!
No previous experience required
Our session starts with a gentle warm up followed by a brisk walk in Sutton Park. With the demands of being a parent in mind we focus on good technique and posture. The session concludes with a gentle cool down and stretch. With plenty of opportunity to make new friends, this ‘exercise with baby’ is ideal for all those with babies in buggies. Come along as soon as you have had the ‘ok’ from your GP. We walk in all weathers so come prepared! Remember to bring a drink for yourself and baby.
How far will we walk?
We walk between 2.5 miles and 3 miles. With the warm up and cool down the session lasts for around 1hr 15 mins.
Where will we walk?
We keep to tarmac roads in Sutton Park. Wear comfortable foot wear – trainers are ideal.
