Walk Fitness

This is the ideal programme to start with. We walk for just under an hour at a pace which makes you slightly out of breath.  These groups are social and a great way to build routine and enjoyment into your exercise.

Walk Fitness takes place:

  • Mondays at 11:00 with Tammy
  • Thursdays at 11:00 with Jan

How far will we walk?

We walk for between 2 & 3 miles in about 1 hour.

Where will we walk?

We mainly use the tarmac roads in Sutton Park, however we do sometimes include some of the easier trail routes within the park.
