Some of you will already have met Brenton Hamilton who is one of our new Leaders. It’s great to have Brenton on the team because he is a mobile personal trainer so you can use him to supplement your running with strength training or indeed to help you recover from injury. Brenton is passionate about working with people to help them get fitter and feel good about themselves. Brenton will be taking our Couch to 5K group on Friday mornings at 9.30 so this is a great opportunity to develop as a runner but also talk to an expert in all matters fitness.
