Monday 6 January is day one for our ‘Couch to 5K’ beginners’ course and ‘5 to 10K’ for those looking to go further than before!
This means that there will be several people turning up tomorrow feeling outside their comfort zone. We know turning up to ‘Running Club’ for the first time can be daunting but we want to let you know you are very welcome and we will do our best to make your first time as painless as possible!
At SE Fitness we have been creating runners from those who say they can’t run for over 20 years. Our Leaders are experienced runners and qualified UK Athletics Leaders in Run Fitness.
Don’t worry we aren’t trying to turn you into the next Paula Radcliffe!
We just want to encourage you to come out with us, get fitter and see how far you can go. It’s incredibly good for the body and soul to set yourself a positive goal like this in the New Year and it will be our pleasure to help you achieve it.
Try to arrive 10 minutes before the session time wearing something you feel comfortable in and the best trainers you have. We meet behind Wyndley Swimming Baths so come in and find us and don’t be put off by the others hanging around and chatting. That will soon be you!
