If you’ve got your sights on a Personal Best for your Autumn Half Marathon (or any other event) then you know you need to incorporate an element of Speedwork into your training. It’s really tough to do that on your own but being part of a group helps a lot!
Here at SE Fitness speedwork we run a variety of interval sessions which will help improve your pace but, more importantly, if you are planning a long distance event will really help with your endurance. This type of session also helps you to understand your own pace and to develop your ‘runners brain’!
